Winston: > So the big question here dt is motive. WHY YOU? I don't mean this at all as an insult, rather why are they giving YOU this training? You must surely have looked like trouble. Why not some WHITE BREAD boy instead?

I'm hurt and taken aback, but a very good question nevertheless. Obviously I'm not telling you the whole story. I have displayed other "talents" which were apparently known to the instructors. Talents that would be of value if associating with individuals like ace. I do not reveal these for my advantage and protection. I believe Aster would understand them to a certain extent; he's not sure, but he senses them as he's been touched. Remember his HIP drawing; well it was me only shape-shifted. For example, imagine a coyote head with its eyes closed and long narrow neck (add a blanket wrapped around a standing figure with arms, wah laa (no french here) you have my tribal spirit figure) or with its head down running on a long night's journey - my hunting profile.

>Also in 1973 Colby is making deals for the CIA with the PINE GAP consortium and the EBEs? lord knows it would have NOTHING to do with the continued commitment of troops and intelligence gathering in Southeast Asia. That would make far too much sense.

Well yes and no. The people (Innman and Colby) that I'm going to mention obviously did a lot of other things but I'm trying to stay on track.

In early 1970s, Bobby was in New Zealand at an NSA listening post. He and his followers caught on to something he didn't understand but in any event caused some rather unfortunate endings - one of which you are aware of as it occurred rather recently.

Putting it simply for now, the ufo movement was not dying in the 60's to the dismay of the CIA associated MJ-12 group membership (the name is different and there are more than 12 members but the idea is the point). The Area 51 facilities' use was always a point of friction between CIA, DIA, USAF, DoE, NSA, etc. and there were other problems which will be discussed later. So, MJ-12 looked for other locations of which central Australia looked mighty good.

During the mid to late 60's the CIA was funnelling money into Australia's government for the development of CIA sponsored listening posts. CIA officer Richard Stallings was providing money to the leader of the National Country Party (NCP). The CIA offered unlimited funds to an opposition political group trying to gain power and in return allow CIA to build secret facilities, like Pine Gap. This was going on unknown to senior members of the Australian Foreign Ministry (as revealed later in newspapers).

The problem was the CIA was backing the wrong guy. In 1973, the fly in the ointment was newly elected, by popular vote, prime minister Edward Whitlam of the dark horse Labor Party. This guy turned out to be a nightmare for the US intelligence agencies. He started by calling home all Australian military personnel in Vietnam and ended that country's draft (no wonder he was popular!). He started to cross the line when he interfered with the ASIS (the AU CIA) which was helping us out in Chile, Indonesia....but he shut down the Australian Defence Signal Directorate in Singapore which monitored all military/civilian radio traffic in Asia. This group gladly fed all data to the CIA. His Labor government did away with security clearances, background checks, etc. Then, the ultimate of insults to the US, the PM allowed the Vietcong's Provisional Revolutionary Government to set up shop in Australia. What did the trick though was that the PM and his government wanted a complete and open accounting of the US intelligence installations. He pointed out that Pine Gap was growing at an incredible rate and appeared to be more than a listening post as his people found out that there was a lot of underground mining going on?

Remember, Bobby and his NSA pals are watching this from afar and wondering why weren't they involved in the development. After all it was the NSA that was the high tech electronic boys not the people operations oriented CIA. MJ-12 decides immediate action must be taken. Stallings and the CIA Station Chief in Canberra (a friend whose name will not be mentioned here but both are members of MJ-12 organization) get high ranking AU defense and ASIS people to work on the country's Governor-General Sir John Kerr, appointed by the spy-supreme the Queen of England. Without any warning Kerr simply dismisses PM Whitlam and dissolves BOTH houses of Parliament. Can you believe it! What balls and what backing. This was the first time that anything like that ever happened (see it can happen). Oh there was some resistance. Kerr said there will be another election, only after the ASIS and CIA dumped all the dirt they could on Whitlam who just happened to lose in the following election.

Nobody looked at Kerr, hell the Queen appointed him. You see Kerr in the early days was the first president and founder of Lawasia, a CIA front company made up of lawyers (the most abundant occupation in the CIA by the way) that had representatives in all major Asian capitals.

Speaking of lawyers, this is where William Colby comes in. Also founded in 1973 in Australia was the Nugen Hand Merchant Bank of Sydney. Nugen was Australian but the other owner was a guy named Michael Hand, an ex-Vietnam green beret and Air America wiz. They had branch offices in Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Hamburg, Philippines, Chile, DC, in other words every drug and weapons capital of the world. All branches had ex-CIA, green berets, special forces types......guess who became one of the bank's attorneys, yes, ex-CIA Director William. Lets just say MJ-12 money was commingled with all the other money.

William was told to transfer about $2.5 million to Pine Gap construction; Bobby's NSA guys are monitoring the communications and report to Bobby a lot of money earmarked for Pine Gap isn't making it there. Bobby reports this to CIA, that is, really to MJ-12. Well, in late 1979, the CIA officer, head of the Bank's Maryland office died mysteriously, then in January of 1980, Nugen was found shot dead in his car, and in June 1980 Hand is eliminated never to be found. The Bank immediately collapsed. Everyone in the trade is wondering why such harsh action on its own people. Their failing is that they ripped off MJ-12. Thus, do you now think Colby died by accident? Or, do you think that MJ-12 has some very professional free-lancers????

>Again, I don't know what you mean. There isn't going to be a UFO voyage, the flights were cancelled, remember? Do you really expect that there will ever be another chance? I don't, at least not for me. You will learn time can be manipulated. Ace can still meet all his deadlines, it's a matter of where you are. But, more of a significant note, the term "cancel" does mean the removal of.....but for how long, that is, it does not necessarily mean permanently excluded.....does not the possibility of re-scheduling still exist?

>On Sept. 25, 1947 President Truman's mother was dying and where was he? He was waiting on an airport runway for some papers to be corrected so that he could sign them into law. He, definitely considered a dutiful son, didn't make it to her in time because of the long wait.

What were the papers? He was waiting to sign into law the National Security Act, after apparently months of negotiations. What was the big rush all of a sudden? Couldn't the signing have waited until the next morning? I believe that's also the date of the memo that created MJ-12, wasn't it? I know, the signature is a copy. But, consider that it's just possible that he wrote the memo and told somebody to get a signature on it because his mother was dying.

Might that not explain why a copy of his signature was used? Remotely possible, anyway, maybe. You are very good again, whoever you're getting info from is a good researcher. What he is authorizing directing was the creation of the defense organization's marriage with the intelligence community......that is, CIA-USAF--> MJ12, which indirectly allowed the MJ-12 to maneuver throughout these important branches of government. Truman was head strong...I always wondered myself why he missed his mother's passing to sign papers.....I believe he wasn't even in Washington DC; he was in some small town airport...I figured that this was the time he was told or given follow-up about Roswell and everything else.....

Winston: > You must be the Emissary. I'm not doing a good job at it, am I?

> Here's a list of things I think the EBEs are responsible for. (Sarcastically: )

>Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs), Plastic Foam Packing Peanuts, UNIX, Transistors, Microcomputers, Mcdonald's Hamburger Meat, Fiber Optics, Spandex, Diet Pepsi, Sea Monkeys, Adjustable Baseball Caps, Space Probes, Satellites, Nuclear Rockets, Time Machines, Mel Torme, Radar, Microwave Ovens, Microwave Popcorn, Lee Press-On Nails, Teflon, Nylon, Orlon, Darvon, AIDS, Mad Cow Disease, Mr. Coffee, VCRs, Vibrators, Pringles, Fusion Reactors, Hair Club For Men, Lisa Kudrow, Web TV, Duraluminum, Mylar, Lucite.

That about covers it. :-)

Consider this-
You arrive in a dense forested jungle via a helicopter; you're looking for diamonds. You observed the terrain, and per your professional observations, you have a hunch that intelligent life is near. So you proceed to walk and, lo and behold, you see a naked bi-ped, about 5 feet in height, squatting near a small brush fire. You note that the fire was not started by it as it appears to be the result of a periodic afternoon electrical storm. Your impression is that it is trying to get warm.

You do not fear the bi-ped as evinced by your intent observation of it. However, while staring at it, it suddenly takes notice of you; it's clearly startled, gets up, turns away in apparent fear, and runs into the dense undergrowth.

You proceed to follow it and find that it joins a larger group of similar bi-peds. You can tell that it is relaying its experience with you and that after a brief moment most turn and continue what the were doing.

After more observation you decide to return to your craft. But, unbeknownst to you, it had followed you. It sees you take off in your craft. This event is repeated for a short time.

A short time later, you return. You decide to help the bi-peds by going to the spot where you made your first observation. You decide to leave your cigarette lighter at the site where you first made contact. You do this to make it easy for them to have fire anytime they want it.

You wait. Soon, here comes another bi-ped, not the one you first saw. Yep, he sees the lighter, but he does not try to flick it so as to light it. Instead, it appears to play with it by reflecting the sun off its metal outer shell. He drops it after awhile and leaves. You say damn. But wait, a little later, he brings a more elderly member of let's say the bi-ped tribe. After some time, you see this one has some brains because he flicks the lighter and sees the flame. And, he takes the lighter with him. You follow with the expectation that the tribe will not only be amazed but will also see the long-term benefit.

Now you get a shock. Just before the two bi-peds get to the tribe the elder one digs a hole and buries your lighter! The two then rejoin the tribe and say nothing of what they'd discovered. You did not see the scars from battles with other cave tribes on their bodies. You also don't realize that the one you first observed has been having dreams of using fire somehow for battle; you know, to give his tribe an edge.

Well, you decide to take a more direct approach. You let the first bi-ped see you many times, but you're careful not to actually interact - you might spread germs. After some time, you and this bi-ped kinda get used to each other. You finally get a brainstorm; you'll show this one exactly how to use fire in a manner it'll hopefully understand. It sees you but doesn't run. You go and break a stick and proceed to light the stick in one of those brush fires, then you put the stick into the ground and point to it. It approaches and, yes, picks up the stick with the fire lit end (this is the first time you've ever observed it doing that).

You figure you've done some good. It should experiment with fire and they should be on their way to social advancement. You leave.

Sometime later, you feel you've got to go back to the jungle to see how much progress has been made with the fire. Upon your return to the same exact spot and just as you are landing, you see balls of flaming brush being catapulted at you with torch arrows flying right behind them just before one of these objects hits your exposed gas tank and blows your craft up.
