LBS#5: The Warning

Readers: (let's see where were we? I've got to get copies of my Nevada contact posts)
1969 - Prior to mentor's contemplated contact with EBE's, another meeting took place on Level Two at S-4 or Dreamland, Nevada. (Note, there are not EBE's in residence at this facility)
At this meeting were top-level U.S. government officials who also were members of the ufo working group. Other key members in attendance were the "SANDMEN." They are employees of some well-known and not so well-known U.S. defense contractors. SANDMEN are loyal corporate business representatives that have developed their own "org" chart; that is, they have created their own "division." The corporate officers of many of these corporations do not know that they have another working division in their companies.
The "SAND" stands for "Special Activities and Negation Division." It is primarily the job of the SANDMEN to steer, when deemed necessary, their company's resources to aide the ufo working group in the accomplishment of its objectives while, at the same time on the surface, handle special common industry problems on the behalf of their companies' share holders. Although most of the time it is very difficult to discern who they are actually working for, it is clear what they are working for....profit. They carry out their responsibilities unburdened by company policies or regulations. Their membership ranges from CEO to mailroom clerk.
The purpose of the meeting was to review plans for the meeting with some forebiding aliens who warned us, via the Apollo 11 flight, to stay away from the Moon. The warning to our astronauts was visual. What the astronauts observed were three very large craft of alien design perched on a crator rim. They saw what appeared to be many "grays" staring at them from inside their ships. From what appeared to be an observational platform, a lone gray pointed to them then to two objects below on the lunar surface, then to them again, and next skyward towards Earth. At the base of one of the largest ships on the crator slope were two skeletal figures looking like humans staked to the ground and hanging limply. Armstrong knew this was not a welcome sign.
The meeting was called to order by Bill. Going over details, Bill said that the EBE's want a meeting. (the mode of communication is classified at NATO CTS) We've agreed and relayed the location coordinates for the meeting. A voice said, "I hope this one doesn't go down like the one at Edwards."
Someone followed with "Where?" Bill continued, "McCone's STAAR people thought the meeting should be isolated in case anything goes wrong, so they picked Brazil." Who's leading the contact team. Mentor's name was mentioned. It was put forth, "Isn't he a 'sheep-dipper'?" What was meant was can he be trusted.
[In the intelligence community, "sheep-dipping" is the process whereby military men resign from their respective service to accommodate CIA cover requirements of their activities but with the understanding that eventually they will be returned to service. CIA time counts towards promotion and retirement...hey, bennies are bennies.]
Another voice asks, "Hey, Casey, what about Helms?" Everybody in the room knew that Bill and Helms were old OSS buddys as they roomed together for awhile in London during WWII. I'll take care of Helms and the 40 Committee. Bill looked at each individual around the room and continued, "Look the President is not to know anything...no matter what happens....he already has his little war."
The meeting continued with questions and answers: Where will mentor's team group? They will be hosted by Fgueres. He and Walters will approach General Branco. How will this be funded? The usual way.
American tax dollars at work:
[CIA funds were donated to the "Andrew Hamilton Fund" which, in turn, funds the "J.M. Kaplan Foundation." These are called "secondary conduits." The money then goes to the "Institute For International Labor Research." This is the "final disburser" which graciously awards a grant to the Costa Rican "Institute of Political Education." After which, one of Figueres' accountants comes by and collects a mucho dinero operating tax. Branco's cut is a friendly gift from a concerned neighbor---everybody is happy and cooperation is usually assured.]
The meeting shifted to "contingency" plans. Casey says DoD has a back-up green beret team out of Panama. They will react in the extreme if required. What about you sandmen what have you come up with?
A voice speaks up, "We've arranged to have a Boeing 737 commandeered by a radical leftist group. The individuals have been rendered cooperative by needles to the back of the neck into the brain. This group and nuclear device will be loaded at CIA cover Intermountain Aviation near Tucson, Arizona. There will be nothing left of the Brazilian site. We have arranged for attack jets to give chase. We figure no more than a few thousand lives lost.
Most everyone said, "sounds good."
What about the CIA operative. She has to go no matter what happens. Arrangements have already been made, but there may be immediate reactive repercussions.

LBS#6: Contact!

Readers:
Mentor and his team with Rigoberta and Jacobo all arrive at the airstrip near Carauari. Immediately, they begin to set up mostly various recording equipment....and weapons, both conventional and experimental. All the while, Jacobo is hoping this is a big joke or a training exercise (the Americans with their secrecy all the time).
Rigoberta says to Jacobo, "Que es?" Jacobo finally asks what do they look like. She responds with the now well-known small gray description. "They're little guys so a big guy like you shouldn't be afraid." He only smirks. He asks further are they our friends? She responds with, "Quien sabe?" This did not help Jacobo at all. He grabs some more shotgun shells for his sawed-off pump weapon (he always carried it on a mission). Rigoberta just laughs out loud which just makes Jacobo more irritated.
Rigoberta isn't being mean. She knows that Jacobo becomes more sharp and more alert --more edge--- when provoked. She was a "clandestine field operator" in the truest sense, not to be confused with the more movie celebrated "paramilitary operator" of the CIA's Special Operations Division (SOD). The po, not unlike Rambo, is well prepared to wage war on a small secret level where none of the rules of warfare apply. They are, for the most part, very violent and brutal.
Rigoberta preferred refined technique, but don't be fooled, she could easily become the fiercest combative. However, for her, she enjoyed the creative challenge of plotting and orchestrating a covert campaign without resorting to violence. Watching from deep cover as events lead to success was the thrill.
The other events and individuals that were previously mentioned are all in position or in motion. I can tell you now that there was no nuclear detonation. But, this does not mean everything went well. What was to happen next is what Mentor, as well as I, live for, that is, to meet face to face with----THEM.
The time 2000 came and went. At 2021 appearing slowly over the tree tops came a silent saucer-shaped object....it was actually described as a large neon light. Hardly any reaction by Mentor's team was expressed. Rigoberta was impressed, and Jacobo, well let's say, he turned religious.
The craft sat down very slowly. A thin white light pulsed around the craft like a flashlight being turned on and off, then it stopped. No sound was heard, except for Jacobo's heart beating. John Feldman says to Mentor, "Here we go." At 2036, the two walked forward. The craft lowered an ordinary gangplank. Inside light flared out the opening and silhouetted three thin humanoid figures around 4'-6" to 5 feet tall.
Mentor noticed their hands had only four fingers, and their heads and what appeared to be eyes were large. The lead gray held up its arm and hand. Mentor did likewise. John was moving with mentor, then he stopped. He said, "Sir!" Mentor said yes he saw that the two aliens behind the leader had stopped but not the lead one. The alien approached Mentor.
At 2043, Mentor heard but did not see "hello." Mentor verbally replied the same.
The alien did use idea projection, that is, not literal verbiage responses. Next, came "you will talk to us." Mentor mouthed in the affirmative and said his name. Mentor found out almost instantly they do not have names per se but recognizable individualistic thought presence. Mentor could feel the difference between the three aliens all at once. The lead alien looked at Mentor's team and then back at Mentor. Rigoberta thought the alien to be very trusting to approach by itself. She did not like that, neither did Jacobo.
Mentor brought John up. John intros himself. The impression John gets from the lead alien is its interest in how different John and Mentor look. John croaks out we assume you warned us off "our" moon and we would like to know why. Mentor knew this was not a social occasion.
The response was the aliens' concern that different beings do not get along. The lead alien said do not fear them and that he will explain their intentions.
At 2048, a sudden bright light appeared almost along side the gray's craft. This was another craft but spherical in shape, not like the other. The three grays all turned towards the sphere, which simply sat on the ground. Almost immediately, an opening appears and out steps two figures, like coming through an opening in a camping tent.
John says, "Hey they look like us!" Rigoberta says, "What's going on here, they're humans?" Jacobo says, "This doesn't look too good!" He flips up his shotgun and steps forward. Rigoberta tells him to stop, but he doesn't.
A light beam hits the three grays. At that moment, Mentor yells for his team to counter fire. Jacobo runs up to Mentor and fires his weapon. The light from the spherical craft begins to fluctuate. Something Mentor's team is doing is causing trouble for the spherical craft. The two figures return to their craft, then nothing, it's not there.
Mentor runs to the lead alien on the ground, thinking "ahh shit!" Mentor's team medical officer approaches as Jacobo stands looking at space. Mentor helps the alien to its feet? All he can remember is that it was like holding a block of ice.
Mentor says are you alright and who were they; they weren't ours. The lead alien says we are not hurt but we must now go. Mentor says no, wait. The lead alien says that he will remember him. Mentor says but how will I know you. The lead alien, while helping the other two, says you can call me "Ace." (of course the name was not ace card but ace is used to show a relationship to an already introduced being).
At that moment, 2053, all anyone remembers is one hell of a bright light, then nothing.
Mentor and his team and Rigoberta and Jacobo wake up like they've been sleeping. Mentor looks at his watch, it says 2024. All Mentor says is "Damn!"
